Email sign-up

If you sign up for our email updates, we collect your email address. We use it to send you VentureNow updates.

We use Kit, an email service, to store and manage email addresses. Kit is based in the United States, and email addresses are stored and processed there. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.

The sign-up form and Kit's script

The sign-up form on this site uses a script provided by Kit. On pages that have the form, the script sends Kit the address of the page (including any query string), the page you came from, and a visitor ID, so that Kit can record the visit.

The script stores that visitor ID, and a record of whether you have subscribed from this browser, in your browser's local storage (localStorage). When you subscribe, this information is sent to Kit together with your email address. You can remove the stored values by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It does not use cookies.
